To pick up keys, come to our office between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday - WE ARE NOT OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS.
***Please note that Brokers or Non-Brokers borrowing keys from the front desk to view vacant apartments can now take up to 3 sets of keys per $20.00 deposit along with a valid photo ID or an original brokers license (brokers only).
For overnight/ over weekend key borrowing, if viewers do not want to leave your original photo ID/ broker's license, we will make a photocopy of your ID/broker's license and keep a business card, but you must leave a double cash deposit for they keys you are borrowing. . **** Keys must be returned within (four hours) or the $20+ deposit will be forfeited, no exceptions.
Please be advised all Brokers and prospective tenants are NOT to ring building tenants for access. Access may only be gained with a key obtained at our office or by the building's superintendent. During Open Houses access can be gained, during the listed open house hours and by ringing the bell for the apartment listed ONLY and accompanied by a Sky Management Agent
All Sky Management apartment leases expire either 4/30, 5/31, 6/30, 7/31, 8/31 (during our leasing season). We are not interested in any month to month leases and prefer a minimum of a 1 year lease term during our leasing season. Please inquire with the Leasing Team with any questions.
For all new lease signings, we will require a minimum LEASE SIGNING DEPOSIT of $500.00 for apartments that are less than $2,500.00 and a $1,000.00 deposit for apartments that are $2,500.00 or more.
